SEPARATION OF POWERS IN UNITED STATES

ARTICLE I - SECTION - CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

Translate - Spanish: “Todos los poderes legislativos aquí contemplados deben ser representados en un Congreso de los Estados Unidos, que se compondrá de un Senado y una Cámara de Representantes.”

ARTICLE II - SECTION 1 CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows (...)”

Translate - Spanish: “El poder ejecutivo residirá en el Presidente de los Estados Unidos de América. Durará en su encargo durante un término de cuatro años, y, junto con el Vicepresidente, elegido para el mismo período, será elegido como sigue (…)”

ARTICLE III - SECTION 1 CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. “The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”

Translate - Spanish: “El Poder Judicial de los Estados Unidos, será ejercido por una Corte Suprema de Justicia, y en los tribunales inferiores que el Congreso puede, de vez en cuando ordenar y establecer.”
